]]> RHS students from Mrs. Baumann’s Advanced Textiles class and FCCLA club visited the Kindergarten Center to teach a lesson about worrying and how to calm your worries.  The high school students read “The Very Hungry Worry Monsters”, a book about monsters who eat up your worries!  They helped the kindergarteners draw their own Worry Monsters, and the RHS Textiles classes will be working on making all the kindergarteners Worry Monsters come to life!

]]> Unity Day is Wednesday, October 18.  Wear and share ORANGE to send a visible message that no child should ever experience bullying.

Unity Day is an annual event occurring during National Bullying Prevention Month in October that promotes joining together to create healthier communities through kindness, acceptance, and inclusion.  It was started by PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center in 2011 and is now celebrated around the world.

Students, staff, and members of our community are encouraged to unite and wear orange!
